By submitting a form, you agree to the following:

Agency Appointment & Information Sharing:
You acknowledge that Paradise Logistics Group, operating as a Business Development Company (BDC), is an authorized agent of GlobalTranz (GTZ). Your submission permits us to share the information you provide with GTZ for the purpose of creating your Transportation Management System (TMS) account and for marketing and business development activities.
Role of BDC:
As an agent for GTZ, we are authorized to provide business development services, market GTZ’s services, and direct prospective customers to GTZ using GTZ’s trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information. Your submission confirms your consent to this agency relationship.
Service Modifications & Claims:
You understand that GTZ may update its carrier network, pricing, and services at any time. Additionally, all cargo and related claims will be processed directly through GTZ according to their established procedures.
Compliance and Privacy:
You confirm that you have read and agree to abide by the GTZ Privacy Policy, available at https://www.globaltranz.com/privacy-policy/, and that your information will be handled in accordance with both our privacy policy and that of GTZ.
Consent to Marketing Communications:
By providing your information, you consent to receive communications from Paradise Logistics Group and GlobalTranz regarding their services, promotions, and related updates.
Authority and Representations:
You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization and to agree to these terms. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understand, and accept the terms and conditions set forth in our agency agreement with GlobalTranz.
